Operational Efficiency
We map your workflows end-to-end, cut the redundancies, and re-architect operations so every hour and every dollar works harder.
Business Advisory & Fractional Executive Services
Most advisory firms only look at one. Two Pillars & Co finds the inefficiencies quietly draining your margins, fortifies what's already carrying your business, and rebuilds what isn't — then stays embedded, in the room, until it's done right.
We reinforce the systems, teams, and margins already working — so growth doesn't erode the foundation underneath it.
We locate the gaps costing you money — inefficient operations, exposed assets, the wrong hires — and rebuild them properly.
What We Do
Every service is designed to work alone or as part of one coordinated engagement — diagnosing where your business leaks value, and rebuilding it to hold.
We map your workflows end-to-end, cut the redundancies, and re-architect operations so every hour and every dollar works harder.
From risk exposure to structural safeguards, we shield the assets you've built against the threats you haven't seen coming yet.
Need an app built around how your company actually operates? We design and build it for you — mobile or web, concept to launch.
We identify, vet, and secure the strategic partnerships that unlock new revenue lines, new markets, and new capabilities.
CFO, COO, CEO, GM, Director — whatever the seat, we embed as fractional leadership to oversee the implementations we design, accountable for the outcome.
We build the hiring engine — sourcing, vetting, and placing people who fit your culture and can actually execute your strategy.
We turn good employees into your competitive advantage with structured training built around your team's real performance gaps.
We audit spend from the ground up and rebuild your cost structure so growth stops costing more than it should.
How We Work
We don't hand you a report and walk away. We diagnose, design, deploy, and — where it matters most — stay on as fractional leadership until the fix holds.
We audit your operations, financials, assets, and people to find exactly where value is leaking — and why.
We architect the fix: new workflows, new safeguards, new partnerships, new hires — whatever closes the gap.
We implement alongside your team, not on top of it — training, hiring, and building the systems into place.
When needed, we step into a fractional executive seat to oversee the implementation until it's fully self-sustaining.
Our Vision
We believe the difference between where a business is and where it could be is rarely talent, effort, or ambition. It's inefficiency — hiding in plain sight, inside the workflows, the org chart, the spend nobody's re-examined in years. Two Pillars & Co exists to find that gap and close it — fortifying what's carrying your business, rebuilding what's holding it back, and standing beside you as fractional leadership until your potential is no longer theoretical.

Emmanuel brings a rare dual fluency in the language of numbers and the language of systems. His background spans accounting, business architecture, technology consulting, and data recovery — giving him a sharp eye for where financial inefficiency hides inside operational design, and the technical grounding to rebuild it, not just report on it. What truly sets him apart is an innate ability to forge profitable partnerships and transform operational inefficiencies into competitive strengths, turning the parts of a business that quietly hold it back into the parts that set it apart.

Shahzeb's path ran from UMBC through a Med Linkage Postbac at the University of Pennsylvania before he pivoted into healthcare management at Johns Hopkins — a shift that gave him a rare vantage point: the analytical rigor of a clinical track paired with the operational discipline of healthcare leadership. He's since built consulting experience across technology and data recovery, as well as clinical economics and healthcare revenue cycle management, and holds his Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) credential, sharpening a precise read on where a business's financial and operational systems are actually leaking value. He brings that same precision to every business he advises.
